These terms apply to your use of MedA+ across the website, the mobile app, and the desktop app.
MedA+ gives enrolled students access to clinical courses made by students, for students. By creating an account or using MedA+, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You need an account to use MedA+. Keep your login details private, and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for everything done through it.
Access is granted to you directly, and it is personal to you. Your access is tied to a single device: the first device you sign in and watch on is registered to your account, and moving to another device needs our help. We may suspend or end access that is shared, sold, or obtained in breach of these terms, without a refund.
All course content, including videos, lectures, notes, and materials, belongs to MedA+ or its instructors and is protected by copyright. You may watch it for your own learning only.
You may not record, screen record, screenshot, share your screen, cast, mirror, or live stream any part of MedA+ or its content, and you may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, or publish it. You may not bypass, weaken, or interfere with our content protection, the device lock, or the watermark. The apps protect content at the operating system level, so it appears black in recordings and shared screens, and sessions may carry a watermark that identifies your account. Any attempt to capture or share content is a serious breach, and may lead to suspension, loss of access without a refund, and legal action.
Use MedA+ only for your own learning, and only in lawful ways. Do not misuse, probe, or attack the service.
Where access is arranged through a bank transfer, you agree to give accurate payment details. Access is granted after we review and confirm your request.
Finishing a course records your progress and may give you a certificate of completion. A certificate is not a license or a medical qualification on its own.
We work to keep MedA+ running well, but we provide it as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental loss that comes from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or the service over time, and we may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we make an important change, we will update the date above and, where we can, let you know.
