This policy explains what MedA+ collects and how we use it across the website, the mobile app, and the desktop app.
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, request access, or contact us: your name, email, and phone number, and any message you send. To play lectures and keep your place, we store your course progress. When you request access with a bank transfer, we store the transfer details and the screenshot you upload. To protect course content, we store an identifier for the device you sign in and watch on.
We use your information to create and manage your account, grant and protect your access, deliver lectures, track your own progress, reply to your requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your access is tied to one device. We use a device identifier only to enforce this rule and to keep content from being shared. If you need to move to another device, contact us and we will help.
We run MedA+ on Google Firebase for sign in, database, and file storage. Your data is held there on our behalf. We keep it for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal duties, and then we remove it.
We share data only with the providers that run the platform for us, such as Google Firebase, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our content. We never sell it.
Access to content is controlled by our security rules, the single device lock, and screen capture protection in the apps. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your account and our content safe.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account. Contact us and we will help within a reasonable time.
MedA+ is meant for students and learners. If you believe a child has given us personal information without permission, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as the service changes. When we make an important change, we will update the date above and, where we can, tell you in the app.
